Horrible service employee not attentive send text messages instead of helping the customer no stars to be honest. Trouble employees I truly dislike this location I need corporate number this is ridiculous no business should be operating in this manner
(for customer service) If 4 people are behind the counter, and 2 people in the store, and the store is the size of my apartment, why did no one help me for the 7 minutes i was in the store? (3 minutes just standing at the counter?) #mathproblemsbelike 😂 The irony is that i had already totaled to someone earlier in the week about an item. I tried supporting local business, but online merchants it is, then.
Denied to show me a bracelet with face value of 6700$ worth of gold because I didn’t have 2 forms of id on me…. while I was wearing my Jonny dang chain… lol almost willing to bet any money you put a x ray gun to it , quality wouldn’t match. 👎
