I am disabled and popped a tire in my scooter. They got me in that day and quickly repaired my tire. From the office staff, to the mechanics, everyone was professional and polite.
I went in to have ball joints installed. After leaving the shop I noticed damage to my vehicle where they had put it on their lift. I immediately returned to talk to Mr. Keesee and he stated that these things just happen. That was the extent of his explanation: no apology or offer to fix or make good in any way. I left there and proceeded to the police station to report the damage and also called my insurance company.
The people here are good people. They also do good work.
