RecommendedThought I had transmission problems but the guys at Casey's did a diagnostic test which showed a sensor problem. Got right on fixing the problem plus checked if other things needed. Great job. Timely and professional services and being a woman I did not feel like I got scammed. I have bought tires for many years and always got quality tires and service.
Called Casey’s on 12/8 about a set of 4 tires. They said they had them in stock and could mount/balance them that same day. I made it to the shop and they got to work within 10 minutes of me arriving. They removed all wheels and dismounted all 4 tires before realizing that they didn’t have the tires I needed. The owner (Casey) recommended a different size tire that he had in stock. I requested to put my tires back on and have the correct size ordered to have them the next day. The Casey Pro Tire Service: 3 new tires of their choosing (not the ones you ordered) for the price of 4, charge you for 4 full strut assemblies with shocks & installation, but only install 2 shocks on the front.. But wait there is more, the 3 tires will be installed incorrectly (literally can't read inside/outside labels) and for no additional fee they will break all the plastic coverings and not reseat your cables. Words cannot express my absolute DISGUST with this "mechanic" shop right now. In the past, this was a good place to carry your vehicle for basic repairs, tires, etc. The lack of customer service, quality of workmanship and overall professionalism is now non-existent. I would NEVER recommend anyone in Toccoa or anywhere else trust these people with your vehicle under any circumstance.
