I went to Casey's Cars today and it was a frustrating experience. I called 3 times after they advertised they were open and no one answered. I paid to get a ride there to see a car that was listed on their website only to be told that the car was at another sister dealership that was a few miles away. The sales person I spoke to was nice but his dirty shirt made me feel the place was unprofessional. After I went to the second dealership, the price on the car was more than what was advertised. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I acknowledge what the customer review and yes it was our fault all the way. We have just recently acquired the other lot and price was drop at night and other lot was not aware of it. We are willing to compensate the customer for his uber ride if he calls the dealership. And we really apologies to the customer .
Great First time car purchase experience. They responded very quickly and kept good communication. Casey was very friendly and helpful. Overall great pricing and quality for all their vehicles. Would definitely be going back for another purchase in the sometime future.
