In New Orleans today and just had a traditional New Orleans snowball. Hands down, Casey's is so much better! From the texture of the ice to the flavor of the syrups. You guys are the best. And this comes from a native New Orleanian!!

Shaved ice based desserts have been my favorite treat since I was a kid. I've had flavored ice based dessert all over the globe (Europe/Africa/Asia/South America) and this gem in Austin is my favorite! Casey's gets the equation right with great customer service, their homemade syrup, and well packed and fluffy ice. My mix is blue raspberry with cream and condensed milk. Keep up the great work! Maybe one day you will take credit card / square :-)
