Took my mower in for repair for some blade damage. I was unsure if I was going to repair it or not based on the cost. They never called to tell me the estimated repair charges and called me to tell me it was done and would cost $125. When I went to pick it up, I was told the carburetor was messed up and needed repair. I asked them why since I just spent $180 to fix the carburetor 6 months earlier.
