I have driven from Neola to Council Bluffs (20 miles one way) to get my car washed and it's been closed! I've even called before driving in and have been told that it's open only to find out it's closed! Casey's.com says it's open til 8pm! False advertising at its finest! I'm disabled so it's very inconvenient for me to drive all that way only to waste my time! Twice it was the track, now it's the pump! Get it fixed or put a notice on the web that it's broke down! So frustrating!! Signed a very annoyed person!!
Car Wash did a pretty good job at getting my car clean. It also managed to rip my back windshield wiper clean off so now I have to get my car repaired. Wouldn't recommend.
Is your car allergic to soap and water? Casey's is for you. The driest wash in town, except for the drying part. They're always broke, especially the last year or so, maintenance is not happening or something. Not to mention Madison has trapped me twice. 23rd is just closed now? 16th and 35th are too gross and old to attempt with anything nice. About 10% of the time do you actually get soap sprayed on your ride and you just go through the brushes with WATER. I don't think they want to be in the car wash business very badly.
