If I could give this place a MINUS 5 STAR REVIEW I WOULD! If you are in Dodge City, Kansas, do yourself a favor and DO NOT stop here. #1 we arrive, the hostess tries to sit us in a booth where the customers sitting beside us at a table would have to get up and move to let us in to sit down, then when he sat back down the back of his chair would be touching the end of our table. RecommendedWe had great steaks. Service was top notch with Carlos, our server doing a great job. Very friendly!
Salad terrible, potato small, chili under seasoned, no choice in vegetables you get corn 🌽, the salad had one single slice of tomato on it (tasted terrible), steak was okay, thick and was cooked correctly but could’ve been juicer being a medium rare steak. The shrimp cocktail is not what you see on google. Cocktail sauce is not spicy. Most importantly they don’t serve Sweet Tea!
Ate the chicken fried steak and it was amazing. The chicken fried steak is the best I’ve had in years. It wasn’t grisly. The margarita was fantastic. We will be back!
You wouldn’t think by driving up how classy a place this is. Food is magnificent
Hands down, the best steaks in Dodge City
Should have posted a few years ago right after we went, but better late than never. The food and service were excellent. On our way out a man in an office (assumed he was the owner) asked how it was. Somewhere along the line we mentioned heading to Colorado and had just started our trip the day before. He told us about Bent's Old Fort about two miles off the highway we were taking. Awesome way to start a trip - great food, great conversation, and getting to see a place we didn't know about before!
The food portions are big!! And the service is wonderful. Very friendly staff!! Highly recommend!!
