We have already recommended your service to several people who are now loyal clients. In fact our granddaughter, now a young adult, came home from her first appointment saying: "Dr. Casey is the best dentist I've ever had. And I love the others in the office".

Overall service was good. I like being able to rinse during any procedure. You do not have that option. My cap came back off after 14 months, and then you wanted to charge me $193 to glue it back on which I thought was an awful large amount. After some conversation we did get it lowered to 110. Still I thought that was a lot considering the amount I had paid to have the cap put on 14 months ago.

We're sorry you were not fully satisfied. Unfortunately, replacement of natural dentition is not an exact science and it is not unusual for a cemented tooth to debond after serveral months of use. We use the highest quality products and execute the best dentistry for all our patients and their specific needs. We hope you can understand that anytime a tooth is replaced, there is always the possibility of requiring reinforcements in the future of that tooth.
Dr. Williams has now done two fillings for our very squirmy 7 year old son. I can't recommend him enough. He answers all of our questions and makes the experience very non-stressful for our family!
