Casey Swann, DC is an excellent practitioner. She had helped me a few months ago when an old shoulder injury surfaced painfully. She had given me exercises that helped me tremendously. Her ART technique was amazing in reducing the pain and giving me back range of motion. I highly recommend Dr Swann!
My first session with Dr Swann was last week , when I was in so much pain, I could hardly move. The back pain was so intense, that it brought tears to my eyes. I was always one that was sworn off to Chiropracters. Well after meeting Dr Swann , my whole opinion and respect for her profession has changed. Dr Swann is extremely caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is the total package. So if you are looking for an expert in this area, who is gentle, kind and concerned about her patients, I recommend you see Dr Swann.
Dr. Casey is amazing. I came to her unable to run 5 miles without IT Band/knee pain. I was running the NYC Marathon and we had 2 weeks to get me ready! I am happy to say I finished my 1st marathon and my knee feels great today. I know I couldn't have done it without Dr. Casey's expertise!

Dr. Swann is warm and welcoming, has a great sense of humor, and can put my spine right back into place! I have also just dropped in before to get relief from an oncoming migraine. Thank heavens she is in Cold Spring!
