Finding a new doctor can be lame, I stayed with my last doctor whom I did not like because of the stress and anxiety of finding a new doctor that I hope I liked. But I’m glad that I randomly chose Dr. Casey Stelter. He is everything I wanted in a doctor. He is patient, caring, understanding, knowledgeable. I have been seeing Dr. Stelter for years and he is an amazing doctor that wants to help with a great bedside manner. He will be my doctor for as long as he is practicing.
Dr. Stelter was clearly interested in my concerns and was very professional. He informed me about issues of concern and follow-up procedures. The staff was equally comfortable to work with.
Dr. Stelter listens to my concerns and asks questions to make sure he understands my needs and concerns. He never jumps to conclusions. My visits are collaborative and never rushed. I always feel I am getting the best care.
Dr. Stelter has been my Dr. for almost 18 years. He is a good honest Dr. Easy too talk to and makes sure you have good referals to other needed Dr's. I will have him be my Dr until either he retires or I expire.
Dr. Stelter listens to me and he cares about treating my ailments and my pain. He believes me and he has helped me work through issues with other doctors who were having scheduling problems, over this past year. It was the most uncomfortable, suffering, and painful year of my life. Dr. Stelter has been there for me and helped me work through the actual nightmare it has been. Have had a really really bad experiences with Casey since he has transitioned to working with the Ogden Clinic. My experience is that he and his office seem to be incapable of properly resolving patient concerns. I was overbilled quite badly for a recent visit. In addition, I inquired with his office to extend a prescription by 2 days so that I could fill my last refill and he opted to not work with the pharmacy to allow me to fill it.
