My wife and I relocated from Phoenix and researched many physicians in the Layton area. We have backgrounds as healthcare professionals and wanted to find a doctor who actually listens to what you say and be receptive to prior care. Dr. Stelter is such an awesome doctor. He is so kind, never judgmental and cares about how being ill makes you feel overall. He gives you information on your illness and the available treatment options. He understands your concerns. He’s just a great guy...Myself and many others strongly recommend him as your doctor.

I really wanted to be a patient with Dr. Stelter, as I am in need of a new physician as mine became the new head Dr. for do-'Terra and the clinic that he left has fallen off sharply. I have an accepted plan which says he is accepting new patients, but just not Medicare. I have shopped for a new Dr. and this is the guy I would love to have as my new physician. I live very close to the clinic, but was only able to get an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner in the Layton Clinic. too far away!

Terrific doctor! Dr. Stelter is precisely what our family looks for in a family physician. He is knowledgeable and he carefully listens to his patients and their needs. In the couple of years we have seen him he has diagnosed and treated a myriad of conditions within our family; and we always felt we were in qualified hands. This is my first review of a doctor and my only reservation is should word get out how excellent Dr. Stelter is another practice will try to snatch him away.
I have been a patient of Dr Stelter for almost two years and my late mother in law was also a patient for many years before that. I had taken my mother in law to Dr Stelter many times and had really liked the kind of care that was given to her. I have a similar condition to my mother in law and started seeing Dr Stelter as well. On a recent visit I had a ton of questions and needs and he took the time to address each and every one of them. Thank you for caring and having compassion.
