I had an appointment confirmed for 4:00pm and showed up at 4:03. This location is on 17 where the traffic is heavy at times. When I arrived the ladies at the check in desk were giggling and trying to fix their printer. It wasn’t until 4:05 that one of them noticed me and said, “Oh are you here for an appointment?” She then took my date of birth and name.
