I am extremely concerned about the lack of professionalism and apparent HIPAA/privacy violations at this office. I was attempting to re-establish care as an adult patient over the age of 18, and when I initially emailed to begin services again, I provided my correct and updated contact information. This was the most thorough and thoughtful intake process I’ve ever experienced. I truly felt heard and understood, not rushed. I was seen by Julie Kemp, PMHNP, along with Dr. Casey, and their collaborative approach made a big difference. It felt like real thought and care went into understanding my situation and planning next steps. If I could give a zero I would ... If I could say anything to you, I'd say "do not let her facade fool you if you happen to walk in her door ... her office is careless ... Read the reviews for the Raleigh office ... I bypassed them thinking ? maybe a bad day for them ... My wife has seen Dr Casey for four years now but she isn’t a big reviewer so that’s why I’m writing the review. We both have only good things to say about Dr Casey. She was there for both of us during a super hard time in our lives. Now, my wife mostly sees her for medication management. She’s available, accommodating and honest. She is not someone who is going to beat around the bush or sugar coat things which my partner definitely appreciates. Highly, highly recommend.
