Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
