Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! friendly enough, but they are so-so sometimes. had 1 instance where I was mis-diagnosed and given medication that made situation worse, but then was corrected after bad reaction. another time, needed follow-up procedure to remove wart, but doctor said it wasn't necccesary! don't agree with his prognosis a few times....
