They contacted me. I arranged to speak with someone in person then I drove the truck after checking it out. I liked what I saw and having only one previous owner was a plus. The former owner did a good job in maintaining the truck. Howard & Bill were great to deal with. I purchased it! Everyone was courteous, respectful and caring. They have followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the customer service. No pressure... listened answered all my questions/concerns.

Advertised a Honda CRV for $14,500 and test drove it. Went to the office to make a deal on the car and the manager said they made a mistake listing the car at that price and we were $9000 apart in price with my trade in. Wasted 3 hours of my time and driving 50 miles to see the car. Then they call me a few days later wanting me to come look at another one. Really? last thing sales person said to me was "It was not my fault." I do not recommend.

Good, for the most part, kind of felt sorry for the salesman as he kind of was in the middle In the price negotiation. But overall a great car at a reasonable price if. you work at it.

They were fine, and very attentive, but I got a better deal elsewhere.

The rating is terrible drove 100 miles to find out vehicle had been sold after rep had called me to make sure I was coming. I looked at another vehicle there went to test drive would not start,gave them one more chance for another vehicle they could not find the key until 20 minutes later. Would you buy a car from this dealership?

Chris Kim is doing good job and he is very good patient with me that I an hearing impaired he should get more bonus money LOL
