When you only want to no about the vehicle that you required about and not anything else that they have on there lot and they keep telling you that they have a lot more vehicles on there lot you are not interested in anything else. You are not going to go there in because you feel pressured

My experience was bad. I worked with a guy named Steve who was arrogant and angry. I tried to negotiate a price for a used car on the lot and he got offended and gave me major attitude. Not sure what business model is successful if you can't handle someone trying to make a deal. He sternly stated that the price on the internet was the lowest it could go, but then a week or two later dropped the price again. Their only goal was to get me to drive 3 hours to see the car. Before we post our prices we do a great deal of research to make sure we are putting competitive prices on the internet, the obvious reason is that if we are not competitive customers wont come in. Carmax is a one price dealership for example as well as grocery stores, retail shops etc.. This experience was a bit frustrating. I worked with 2 different people. The first gave me a price that was below MSRP, but when I asked for an "out the door" price he did not reply to me. The second person asked if they could help and I asked the same question. Again, no reply to my email. They were responsive, until they weren't.
