Amy Chepalonis is the best dental hygienist in the world. Although she steals Christmas ornaments, I would highly recommend her to anyone with children.
Please do not send dozens (literally!) of text messages to remind me of my appointments (I even got one a few hours after my appointment was over). The numerous emails were much more than sufficient.
Amy was great. I have always been pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff.
Hygienist (Jen) was very thorough, explaining everything in details that I understood. She took much more time to perform my cleaning than any hygienist at my two former dentist's offices. My dentist (Dr. Leigh) was also very thorough. She discussed current issues and recommend what she thought would be the best course of action, including waiting until after the holidays in case I have any post-procedure discomfort due to past history with similar procedures. My former dentists wouldn't have even made such a recommendation.
I am the mother of matt,gwen & Julia.The girls that cleaned my children's teeth were very nice. When dentist came in she did not introduce herself, never made eye contact with me,and rattled off a list of things each child needed done. When I explained what dr. firestone thought about their issues I felt she spoke down to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. My children did not get her name either. I will be looking for a new dentist for my children.
My Hygienist and Dr. Lee always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. They definitely put a healthy smile on my face!!!
As always- Melissa and Dr. Holena are professional and friendly. My dental anxiety is always lessened when in their company.
When I took my daughter back to be seated there was a lady with brown hair. I don't recall her name but she had my daughter and me sit down and she was going to brush my daughters teeth but my daughter is 2 and wasn't very cooperative so the lady was unable to brush my child's teeth and she got the doctor. The lady had short brown hair which was ear length long, she also had really nice bright white teeth. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure (Tooth extraction).
