We had a great experience as first time clients! My daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and she was extremely apprehensive leading up to the appt! She loved being able to pick out a prize and I think that was a great touch :)
Scheduling is very tough especially when you work during the day. Ronda was excellent and made me feel at ease during the cleaning process. Still nervous about further dental work such as fillings and my root canal.
My only issue was that I arrived 45 minutes early to do paperwork which I completed in approx. 25 minutes and still did not get in until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
Very kid-friendly atmosphere, We were happy with our initial appointment. It's also very clean and bright.
Everyone was very polite and professional. They had a good understanding of how to treat a child and were sensitive to my child's anxiety and fear. The appointment went very well and my daughter left saying the dentist is fun!
