I have been going to Casey dental for several years now and the new offices are very comfortable and all the employees are polite and pleasant. Both dental hygienists are friendly, professional and thorough when cleaning my teeth.
This was my daughter's first dentist appointment. The nurse and dentist that we had were amazing and made my 2year old so comfortable!
Everyone from the person at registration, to the hygienists to the dentists - they were all the sweetest most nice people I've ever met! My kids are terrified of the dentist but they made this such a wonderful experience and took my kids anxiety right away. I am so blessed to have found Casey Dental!
1. At check-in, I was told my dental insurance was no longer active. It is! STRIKE #1 2. A hygienist come into waiting area and called out "Sam". A man got up and followed her into treatment area. His appointment was AFTER mine ( my apt was 8:15AM) I informed the receptionist, she went back, came out and make a weird face and told me I HAD TO WAIT for another hygienist, even though I was first!! 10 minutes later I approached her again, and the other hygienist came out at that time for me. Every single person we encountered was so helpful and so kind. Very calm and kid friendly enviorment. I am so happy I finally found a place we both can like and feel comfortable at! Extremely satisified!
Excellent care. I was very pleased with the visit.
The appointment wasn't a complete waste. The hour spot took 30 mins. Staff was more helpful this time around. Customer service needs to be educated.
My 3 year old and i both LOVE casey dental pediatrics they are fantastic, patient, and are great at calming down my babies fears.
Our visit was friendly and thorough. The staff is so kind.
