Great job as always! Very professional in their dealings. Very pleasant.
Very pleasant and thorough checkup. The only things they could have done better would have been to share my xrays with me. I was not offered to look at them. Also having political shows on in the waiting room was not pleasant.

My son is 20 years of age is Autistic and non-verbal. He has never done well at the dentist with it usually being a battle to just look at his teeth never mind cleaning or applying fluoride. This was our second appointment at Casey Dental Special Needs office and both times my son did tremendous and sat for cleaning, fluoride and exam. They were quick to bring him into the exam and worked very quickly so he did not have to wait (waiting normally causes him anxiety). Upset with how the front office works. My daughter has been on a waitlist for almost a yr for a dental procedure. I called multiple times to see when she would be able to get in or moved up on the waitlist I kept getting told she was up next she was up next she was up next. To find out that her next six month visit that supposedly they called me and spoke with me and I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted her to have the procedure after my daughter's been in pain for almost a year.
This was my first visit to Casey Dental and I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the doctor. I had come to them from a very bad experience with another dentist and was hesitant and cautious. They put me at ease immediately. Although I'm in for a lot of dental work to correct past errors, I feel confident that I made the right choice and that the work that needs to be done will be quality work!
