The worst service ever don't take your vehicle here for repairs. My estimator Daniel was very unprofessional and didn't not informative at all. I had to contact him every time to get a update which was read from a computer screen and not factual information. I wouldn't recommend casey collosion to anyone.

My 2013 VW Passat is in for follow up repairs-moon roof has a rattle that wasn't there before they did repairs. I WOULD NOT recommend them. They are nice, polite and the slowest people around to get anything done. I waited weeks because they didn't have a loaner available. I actually took the estimator out for a ride and showed them the problem, the car has been in the shop for four days, and you can guess what's been done.
