I recently got in to a fender bender and had to bring my car here, I’ve never gotten in to a wreck before so I was clueless as to how I would even go about getting my car fixed. I dropped my car off on Tuesday the 5th, and they told me it would be finished on Friday the 15th but they actually got it done on the 12th! My decision to take my BMW to be repaired there has proven to be a very costly mistake. It has taken 2 months to begin the repairs on my car and still dont have the car done or a date to puck up my vehicle. so much for a manufacturer dealership reliabllility, I am not looking forward to the end result afraid. The staff is amazing and kept me updated the whole entire time. They did an amazing job on my civic. Terry, Red, and the manager Kevin are the ones that really helped and were in charge of my car. I wish I had to opportunity to thank the service people too because they did awesome work!
