I regret choosing Dr. Casey Bowles and hope to spare others from making the same mistake. I saw Dr. Bowles for foot pain and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. He administered a cortisone shot and gave several recommendations, many of which turned out to be inaccurate and harmful, according to other medical professionals I've since consulted. He told me I could resume playing pickleball a few days after the cortisone shot, as long as my foot felt OK. I specifically asked if the shot might just mask the pain without addres... read more

I've been seeing Dr. Bowles for over 6 years, and other than one isolated negative experience with the office manager (exacerbated by my pain and desperation), I do (and have) recommend him highly. I went in recently for a cortisone injection because of a horribly immobilizing and painful (but far too regular) flare-up in my foot, and because of him, I had the blood test and diagnosis of hyperuricemia, and chronic inflammatory arthritic gout. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this Foot clinic over a concern that I was having. Dr. Bowles told me it was Mortons neuroma and gave me 3 cortisone shots over 2 months. Then discussed with me to give it more time to heal, approx another 4 months, before considering other options, surgery. Moving forward, I went to a foot doctor in Montana and they discussed with me it was AVN (Avascular Necrosis) and it was very clear. These doctors immediately scheduled foot surgery and used an artificial piece to solve the proble... read more

The West side office does not seem to be concerned with patient outcome, patient experience or service recovery. I tried to share my concerns with the office manager, Samantha. She came across as combative, dismissive and not at all concerned about what I had to say. I've never encountered someone in a medical setting so rude and dismissive. The Dr is nice enough, but it's not enough to overcome his staff. I won't be back, but given how I was treated by Samantha, I don't think they care.
