I regret choosing Dr. Casey Bowles and hope to spare others from making the same mistake. I saw Dr. Bowles for foot pain and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. He administered a cortisone shot and gave several recommendations, many of which turned out to be inaccurate and harmful, according to other medical professionals I’ve since consulted. I did not have a good experience with Dr. Bowles. Multiple entries in my medical chart were completely inaccurate, including my weight, height, and blood pressure. No one in the office measured or recorded these during my visits. I also found that the appointment notes described detailed conversations that did not occur. My appointments were typically very brief — around five minutes — yet the corresponding chart notes were several pages long and contained numerous factual inaccuracies.
