Our family has used Mr. Jets services for several decades, finding him and his staff knowledgeable, professional yet still personable enough to make taxes less of a chore. It's good to see them bringing that same attitude to a new location as the torch gets passed to a new head of office.

Very horrible communication! They do my payroll. The irs has no records of them reporting my income so they have been withholding my taxes because of this. The irs asked for a letter with a letter head from them stating my earnings and federal withholding. Her exact answer was “I am not doing that”. I explained the IRS wants it, not me. Told her I had a fax number and who it would go to at the IRS and she still said no, that unless my company wants to pay her hourly pay then she is not doing it, as if my job is asking it to ... read more
