Earlier this week, we hired Case Tree Care after obtaining quotes from them and two similar businesses. There was some urgency to the project as a large aspen had fallen into a neighbor's yard and damaged their fence. Will Case was able to fit us into his busy schedule the very next day. He removed this aspen, as well as two other large, dead aspens, in just a couple hours. He provided clear communication and a fair price. I can wholeheartedly recommend his company and will use his services again when needed.

As much as I love supporting a local business. The experience this last go with case tree care didn't meet usual expectations. Scheduling and communication took a week. Then the price quote was so drastically different from the many tree care businesses that I had called and come out to estimate the project. Then the day of. The project it seemed a little spotty maybe not all of the safety requirements were checked on the box. Fairly new to the area. So internet to the rescue. Only company I will ever call again. Only company that responded and then carried out. Safe, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Quote followed by job site inspection 9am, crew arrived and tree down by 2pm, yard cleaned and debris gone by 5pm. Fast easy peasey. Various crews on site all day long. A pleasure to work with other than getting a final bill lol.

They have no showed multiple times now. We’ve called to ask what’s up, they say they didn’t have time and will come at another date (which I understand.) But then they don’t show up again.
