TERRIBLE experience. Misdiagnosed my beautiful year old German shepherd for two months telling me she had a UTI when I insisted it was much more than that. It wasn’t until she collapsed in their parking lot that they told me to take her to MVMC where they diagnosed her with cancer that had spread through her whole body. She had to be put down that day. Had an absolutely horrible experience on the phone today with Sidney. Was told by my Veterinarian to call set up and appt and get the estimates he had for us. Sidney was so rude and would not give us the info, continued to keep us on the phone without giving us the cost. I was literally in tears with how she was speaking to me then she said she was going to hang up and did so. I did not get my estimates, pay for my dogs meds that we were suppose to pick up now or schedule an appt. She was very unprofessional for dropping the... read more

The entire staff here is wonderful, from the first time we walked through the door they were welcoming & so very kind. We have taken our dog to Casco Bay Vet since day one of her adoption. The team always works hard to answer questions over the phone and is extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling a visit. I recently relocated 20/30 minutes away from the Portland area and was looking for another office closer to my home, but after Olive's most recent check-up with Dr. Leven, I was reminded why we're so happy where we are and think it's worth the travel to stay with such caring providers.
Quick and efficient, vet and tech were very nice, reception staff very friendly and prompt!
