I was referred to Casco Bay Eyecare by a neighbor who has used them for years! They are by far the best place to go for an eye exam & glasses. My great experience started with an enthusiastic greeting by Debbie as soon as I walked in the door. Courtney & Dr. Amy Cyr gave me a super thorough eye exam. I cannot say enough about Casco Bay EyeCare and I'm not even a patient!! LET ME EXPLAIN! When we left New York on a cruise ship for our New England, 25th Anniversary Cruise, I did NOT expect to forget to pack my wife's contacts lenses. Can’t say enough about how great my experience was. I lost my glasses while on vacation and needed an updated prescription quickly. Debbie went above and beyond not only getting me an appointment but her upbeat attitude and thoughtfulness turned my day around. If I lived in Portland i’d be a costumer for life. Highly recommend. Liz at the front desk is very kind and helpful. Dr. G is very approachable and seemingly knowledgable. I have had two interactions with Gina over the course of six months, and each time was atrocious. Gina is dismissive, arrogant, and conceited. I will not go back to CBE because of my two separate interactions with Gina. Unforgivable.
