My wife had a horrible experience. She paid for a surgery that Cascio had never been approved for by our insurance. Surgery was cancelled day before with out them notifying us there was an appeal happening. Prescriptions had been filled with me taking the week off to take care of her, all for nothing. We were told his surgery was considered experimental. It took her 5 months to get our money back. Billing had NO record of our payments.
