This was by far the greatest salon I've ever been. Given, I am partial and only went becasue I have followed Briana since school. However at Cascata, the service, staff and experiance was like none other. Everyone was super nice, even if you weren't there for their services. The salon is beautiful and in a convienant location. I went to get my hair done, every 6 weeks to the day, and ended it with a masage and a mani/pedi that was to die for. Had an awesome experiance and will def be back, even if Briana is gone:)

I come from Ohio to Florida several times a year and always search out Briana to do my hair. She always fits me in and I am always very pleased with the results. Recently I came down for my Mom's funeral. I went in and had my hair done and was shown great care from all the girls. I had my eyelashes tinted and this was so cool! No mascara running down my face at the funeral....They let me cry and I am so greatful for the care they showed me. I will be a dedicated customer Thank you everyone at Cascata JJ

I have been going to this spa/salon for a long while and I am seriously saying I would not go anywhere else. I am from New York and I am used to top notch salons so it took many years to find a good one. My stylist is Briana and she really knows how to use her knowledge and talent. I have been going to Briana for years now and she always makes me happy. When she switched salons I was blown away. I love the front desk girls they always make me feel so welcome and the other stylist always remember me and make me feel so welcome. Aside from Briana beeing the best stylist ever i get to relax and have a great time

This place shouldn’t even be in business. I went in for a simple trim and touch-up and came out with my hair butchered. The stylist did not know what she was doing! She cut my long hair on only one side. When I went home, I brought my hair to the front to notice about .5-1 inch difference in hair length from the left to the right side of my head. I tried this salon for the first time and will never go back!!!! I normally go to a salon in the area and thought i would try this one... I simply wanted highlights, I left with orange hair and i had spots all over my head... I went back in as soon as i left and she tried to fix it. I got home a realized it was not any better. I went back up there one more time the next day and she tried to put some dark back in it to tone out the orange. I have going to this salon for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. All the services that you would need in a salon are offered here. I have gotten 2 Keratin straightened treatments and they have cut my preparation time in half. I can dry my hair in half the time it used to take me and no longer am a prisoner to the Florida humidity. My stylist Danielle is great with color and cut as well. Thank you Cascata for being such a great salon.
