It's like a prison/mental institution/Hell hole! Lots of yelling, illegal drugs, barking dogs (non stop), non stop noise on Jessup Street! Management doesn't care and won't fix the laundry unit. I've lived here 6 years and I hardly ever sleep well at night!
Can't keep manager
It can be loud here. Some people not respecting the quiet hours. It's low income housing with a low income mentality.
