Absolutely horrible. Appointment was very late and then she cut mine short because of it with absolutely no useful info - just more muscle relaxers! Then after THEY "verified" my insurance and collect my $15 co-pay, they then billed me over $300 knowing I was out of work due to the injury and after they said they were in-network! Dr. Claudia Martin has now moved, but don't go see her where ever she is.
Received letter this month office closing moving to Virginia May 31, 2017. No answer at Portland, Oregon office for over 5 months, December 2016 appointment cancelled.
