My therapist made fun of me multiple times for my seriousness and was never held accountable. She made inappropriate sexual degrading comments. She apologized but was never held accountable for her actions. Yet they keep telling me how I never take responsibility. Cascadia Health’s outreach program caused more harm than help. Instead of support, I experienced ghosting, delays, and dismissiveness that added stress and setbacks to my family’s journey.Rather than helping me and my family move forward, their approach added stress, confusion, and setbacks. Not that useful for mental health services. I had therapist constantly suggest that I go to BetterHelp for therapy services as if she wasn’t a therapist…. Providing a service.
BE CAUTIOUS! The public would be better served if Lily Summer, PA worked at 7-11. I have had more compassionate, professional care at the Sonic Drive-Thru.
