Went to Cascadia Eye Care for my annual exam yesterday and as always, had a great experience. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Robison provides an extremely thorough exam, takes time to answer questions, and truly cares about his patients. I am also impressed with the fact that he stays on top of the latest lens technologies, and makes sure to try them personally before offering them to his patients. I did not have a good experience with Cascadia. Just trying to schedule an appointment with Mia has made me decide I will no longer bring my business here. Customer service is so important for something like eye care so I did not appreciate the tone and content of my conversation. After over 10 years I will not be coming back.
