You're much better off taking your business somewhere more professional. Didn't communicate properly and then instead of owning the mistake, ghosted us.
Murray and Todd have always been a great partner for my kombucha business. Always willing to go the extra mile. Can't expect every can to be perfect at $0.20 each, because this is manufacturing after all and there's always a margin of error, but these guys do it right.
Have used cascadia several times for various canning projects and I couldn't be more disappointed. The employees were always in a hurry and do a sloppy job. I lost (and got charged for) so much product that was unsellable. Squishy cans, low fills, no dates. Was constantly pressured to sign off on jobs. I even saw a few workers boozing and nobody seemed to care. I moved on. Too much liability
