Clean and high quality living spaces. The maintenance team comes promptly and does routine checks. The cost is high compared to other apartments in Gainesville but if you sign a lease then you already know that. They use GRU for electric, Oates Energy for water and sewage, and Gatornet for internet. You have to sign up and pay for GRU and Oates separately which is a bit annoying but Gatornet is pretty fast. It is close to campus, modern with upgraded amenities. Most importantly, the service is fantastic! Bri is great! She is very helpful and patient in the leasing process.
