Great customer service! Friendly on the phone when I called and then their employee Patrick came to our house he was also pleasant and quick. That's a a great combo in my eyes! We will use them again for sure.
Huge thanks to Robert for the prompt service yesterday. He tried several times to walk me thru troubleshooting over the phone. When a circuit board problem was a suspected he immediately offered to come fix our problem and get our heat back on. He drove almost an hour to get to our house and fixed our problem right away.
