The first time I was informed my car was 'finished' there was a reasonable amount of paint overspray onto non-damaged areas (including the chrome trim) and they did not replace the scraped and gouged sunroof glass as was listed in the estimate â this was completely âoverlookedâ although it was on the bill. Fast, Exceptional Work I cannot comment on the price as I went through my insurance and paid a deductible, but I will comment on the wonderful job and quick turnaround on my vehicle. Cascades Auto Body Review After doing extensive research and polling my 400+ Facebook friends for an auto body shop recommendation, Cascades Auto Body was by far the most recommended shop in the area. Our minivan sustained about $2600 in damage after being hit by a deer, and I feared it would never be the same again. Be Careful Check the condition of your car good, and document it, before you visit this place. We took our car to Cascades Auto Body to have repair work done to the rear hatch. When we picked the car up the wind shield was cracked. There were no cracks or dings on our wind shield when we dropped our car off. Not only have they refused to repair the wind shield, they also told us to leave their shop and not come back. These guys really stand by their work! Cascades did a terrific job on the bodywork my car needed after it was rear ended. I was very pleased with the professional job they did. Almost 2 years after this, a small water leak developed at the corner of the windshield. I took the car in and Cascades resealed the entire windshield at no cost to me. These guys really stand by their work!

I got hit by a deer on the way to work in my 2016 suburban, caused some pretty extensive damage. Just got it back last week and I cant say enough about how great the truck looks. I am beyond pleased. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout, kept me updated with any changes. Thanks again for such great service.
