Kemi is the best office manager ever! I wish I could have her at my other apartments! She is the best thing that has happened to the cascades
Ms.Kimi and Mr.Harvey are well welcoming to me and I really appreciate the generosity, kindness and they are both great here at the Casacades. Both are professional and very attentive to the tenants. Ms.Kimi is all about security I cannot wait until we receive new gating so we will feel more secure as residents. The property is well kept.
Maintenance was awesome today my icebox broke I called the landlord and she had Mr. Harvey come right over and fix it. Oh my, he was such a blessing today, my icebox is fixed, he is so awesome. Thanks to Mr. Harvey to save the day (lol) my ice cream started melting and he saved it (lol) so I could eat it frozen and cold, as we all know during hot days we need our icebox's (lol). I just moved in and what a pleasure to have a landlord like Miss Kimmy! She was very patient and thorough with the whole lengthy process. Her professionalism and tact are just awesome like her energy. Harvey, the maintenance man, is also amazing!
