The owner, Greg is friendly and professional. His instructions on how to mark trees for trimming or removal were clear. I was fascinated watching from inside my house as they removed a large diseased tree, then grounded out the large roots. I was very pleased and highly recommend Cascade Tree Works.
Cascade Tree Works came out to do my trees today and far surpassed anything I expected or could hope for. They were fast, completely thorough (cutting off even shorter nubs that had been left by previous cuts) and left the grounds as clean as before they started!! Great company to work with very knowledgeable! Had three stumps removed and they did a great job! Would highly recommend.
The company did excellent work. The only problem I had was coordinating with their schedule. They require that the area beneath a tree be clear of vehicles. As my tree was near the street, I had to block off the street for 48 hours ahead of their arrival, since they require 48 notice to cancel. They did not arrive in the morning as scheduled and came in mid-afternoon. The first time they came, a car had parked under the tree and I was charged $175 because they had to come back after it was moved.
