Great instructors! They are there to ensure you understand the material and able to save lives during a stressful situation. Equipment is state of the art, classroom is clean but the restroom can use some TLC.
I took NRP with Cascade Training Center. It was a great experience. We had a small group, were able to handle equipment and kits and practice drawing up the meds. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided good explanations based on real life examples. I highly recommend them for this training.
Great classes for CPR re cert! All very good updated videos. Instructors are great. Although, unfortunately, I did have an incident where talking with management was quite interesting though. A management choice was made and ended up with very poor customer service to someone who had been return customer and will consider, next time, if they will return there just purely based on the principle.
