This place sucks. Coming in for the first time the place was dirty, grease stains all over the kitchen walls, bathroom tub never having been cleaned. Have had a cockroach issue since I moved in a year ago and management will not bring in an exterminator to clean the place. I've also had a clogged tub that maintenance has avoided to clean for months even after requests for a repair. Along with that, management is rude and extremely unprofessional. Okay, let's drop this steamer. Unit 108: I went to procure my keys from the handymen and found that....the "newly remodeled wooden floors" were about 10 to 20 years off from new, the entire refrigerator needed to be replaced, the sink as well- they did provide a new sink, but they had to install it which took about 3 weeks. Just sat there. Luckily, I had a friend to stay with. Then, cockroaches are an issue. The apartment was filthy when I moved in even though it was a week after my lease started. My window didn't shut completely and was told the building had no extra storm windows, so I had to find my own way to keep the draft out. They violated the 24 hour notice multiple times and would enter my apartment without warning while doing showings. Upon move out, nobody showed up for an inspection.
