I had the Diamond package, and I think this would have been much better if it didn’t feel so rushed. Every person I interacted with seemed like they were trying to get me through the services as quickly as possible. When they escorted me to the steam room and showers, I wasn’t sure how long it would be and what to do when I was finished and the lady seemed a bit impatient when she came to get me. My finance treated me to this spa for my birthday, and it was the best surprise! From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was transported to a whole different world. The atmosphere is beautiful, cozy, and incredibly peaceful even with how busy it was, everything remained calm and relaxing. The customer service was outstanding, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. This place is a hidden gem in Hillcrest, and I will definitely be back!
First off, the massage therapist was clearly unwell—she was coughing the entire time, which made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious about hygiene. I came to relax, not to worry about getting sick. To make matters worse, the staff misled us about the price. We were told it would be $65, but at checkout, they charged $75 with no clear explanation. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable for a business that claims to offer a relaxing experience. I definitely won’t be coming back and do not recommend it... read more
