I have lived at Cascade for over 2.5 years. I have always been impressed with the maintenance team. I love my apartment, the location, it is quiet and it is my home. Sadly ,I recently received a notice my lease will not be renewed. I have been informed the complex "will discuss a transfer" to another apartment. The complex plans to increase the rent on a 2bd 1 bath by an insane amount after "renovations are complete." I do not want to move yet the complex sees nothing wrong with kicking me out of my home.
