Not having a lovely experience with them say no they don’t accept my insurance and having a management representative say yes they do and my insurance saying yes we do. Im not pleased with how they cant get it together and now making me wait a very long time to release pain i have been in for a very long time. Upsetting to say the least. I dont want to be returning.
Although my patient services at the clinic were great, I will never use Cascade Rehabilitation again because of their terrible billing services. I am still being haunted two years later for bills I paid. I thought it had been resolved 2 years ago through multiple calls and shown receipts and PRN telling me there was a mixup with the computer software but here I am again getting calls about bills unpaid and recent dates for services when I have not even been in the clinic for two years.

I had a broken wrist at my right hand and I’ve been going there since April 2019. I remember first time after my first surgery I couldn’t even move my thumb or my other fingers. Devin, the hand therapist did miracles with my hand. Since coming to Cascade Rehabilitation for my back injury, I am already starting to feel better after 2 visits. I see Jeff, and he is amazing! Now I am very hopeful and I know I will start feeling better than ever! Amazing staff and physical therapist's! I highly recommend this place for any injuries that are affecting the quality of your life!
