I have donated at Cascade Regional since 1995. Over the years, the staff's lack of engagement with donors has deteriorated to a level I have never experienced. Lemonade stands and girl scouts provide more engagement and customer service. Donors are not compensated. We understand that and happily give time and energy to support the cause. I have been a blood donor for more than 20 years now. Particularly with CRBS since I moved to Puyallup four years ago and at their old location in Pioneer Ave. I just came back from an appointment properly scheduled, and after 30' wait nobody took care of me. Had to leave because of time constraints. If the new South Hill location cannot handle the load, they should review the time slots they post to properly service them, either by reducing them or increasing their staff.
