I initially met Dr. Sam Oltman while he was working at another clinic in Lake Oswego circa 2020. At the time, I was experiencing some gnarly forearm pain stemming from some lateral epicondylitis tendinitis that PT just couldn’t fix. I met with Sam, and we worked on a recovery plan involving PRP. Dr. Oltman is an incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive practitioner with the utmost integrity. He took the time to truly listen to me, answered all of my many questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and provided therapy in a way that was both comfortable and reassuring.
Oh man, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Oltman. I'm a physical therapist, and he is, by far, my go-to guy to refer patients when they're in need of regenerative medicine. I went to see Dr Oltman for the stellate ganglion block for PTSD that caused axiety and panic attacks. Antidepressants were masking symptoms and covering up the anxiety instead of relieving the anxiety. The procedure I had previously, a couple years ago, was by a different clinic all together. It was amost double the cost, in Seattle, and the doctor in Seattle knicked a cluster of nerves that took over a year to heal, but I would have done it again if I could have afforded it. I had an excellent experience at Cascade Regenerative Medicine. The staff was professional and Dr. Oltman was so caring and knowledgeable. I was about to plan on knee surgery when I had my second PRP with Dr. Oltman. It's been about two months and I am walking everyday, playing pickleball and all the other active things I wanted so badly to do. I am so grateful for Dr. Oltman and all his help and will continued to recommend his office!
