I’ve been calling to get in touch for over a week now and no one has answered or helped me. All lines are “busy” and no one picks the phone up. They took back my collection and won’t even let me pay for it. Not off to a great start. Hopefully I can get it paid sooner rather that later.
Barbara Johnson was amazing at helping me figure this out. I had a past debt I overlooked. Barb went above and beyond in her assistance to helping me get this resolved.
As strange as it may seem to leave a debt collection company a 5 star review, Barbra was exceptionally patient. I was quite rude in the beginning because I was unaware of the debt that was being acted on, but Barbra maintained professionalism and respect through the whole process
Ms. Barbara Johnson was very lovely and patient, I called in because of an outstanding medical bill that needed to be resolved. Not only did she take time to explain it to me in a way that I understood but also gave me a step-by-step explanation on how I can resolve my issue. She is the best.
I come on this review to brag on Barbara Johnson for really helping me out and doing a settlement with me. She is wonderful to speak with on the phone, has a great personality and I am paying my last payment this month.
