Easy Process. Great Customer Service. Representative Frank Napoles was very helpful and professional.
Making a payment arrangement that works with my budget seems like standard stuff for collections, but Ms. Rosalyn went an extra step and found additional info on my situation. That extra bit saved me probably a couple hours of searching and jumping around phone calls. She found my debt with other agencies, and even provided contact info and amounts. Now I can tackle all of it instead of bumbling around each one at a time.
Cascade was very easy to work with...Elizabeth was super nice and gave me an opportunity to settle the account for half of what I owed. I explained that I didn't get paid for a few days and I would call back in and she didn't pressure me to post date a check, she simply said "That's fine...just call us back and I'll make the notes on the account". When I called and spoke to Jalil, he reflected the half off payment, took my information and the debt was paid in full. Thank you,
