This rental agency is extremely unprofessional. I called to ask about a vacant unit and the person who answered the phone interrupted my question, demanded I “get to the point”, then simply hung up on me. Yikes.

Love my experience here. All walls and lovely built-ins were freshly painted, and it was very clean. A beautiful new vintage-looking sink had been installed. The light fixtures were all gorgeous vintage. There was an antique telephone on the wall. Newly sanded and varnished real wood floors, and new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. New appliances. I found management to be thoughtful and kind. Just ask questions. It’s a very old building so it’s got some charming quirks.

I think it's fair to expect on any lower than market rate housing be below ones typical standards for living; however I was shocked at how truly unclean and unmaintained these apartments were. The building is dirty and has an array of distinct and mildly unpleasant odors about the halls. In the apartment we veiwed itself there were collections of cobwebs, dust, and grime.
